We offer 3-9 year old children for 5 weeks an experience room where You can strengthen their resilience and make island experiences. For the Ballin Meerzeit-Haus in Timmendorf we are looking for a:n Social Education:in the group service with 35 hours a week.

As a social pedagogue, you connect direct work with children and young people with a qualified social pedagogical function within the group. In addition to the design of everyday pedagogical work, social pedagogical diagnostics, specialist case work, parental work, documentation and cooperation with the institutions involved belong to your work. In addition, you will introduce your social education perspective into the quality and concept development of our institution. You observe developments, arrange them professionally and contribute to a well-founded social education assessment from the different perceptions and experiences in everyday life.

Support, planning and implementation of social pedagogical offers and projects Planning, implementation and evaluation of socio-pedagogical diagnostics technical observation and assessment of individual developments Documentation and reporting as well as evaluation and statistics Pre- and post-processing and cooperation with caregivers, youth offices, schools and other cooperation partners active participation in networking and public relations Designing quality and concept development processes Participation in the development and implementation of educational, organisational and administrative quality standards
