For our purchasing and sales team, we are looking for an organizationally strong and responsible Category Manager / Disponent (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You control our goods flows, purchase quantities and delivery dates. As a central interface between warehouse, goods receipt, goods outlet and shift managers, you react quickly to deviations and contribute to the optimization of our MRP and procurement processes. Development and implementation of product group strategies and implementation of tenders Analysis of procurement markets and identification of trends and risks Disposition and control of goods flows in the daily business internally and nationally/internationally Plan and coordinate transport and tours, including capacity adjustment Monitoring of delivery dates and rapid response in case of deviations Tracking complaints, delivery deviations and quality reports Close coordination with warehouse, receipt of goods, exit of goods and shift managers Contribute to the optimization of processes around disposition, loading and transport

A completed commercial training or studies in the field of business management, logistics, supply chain management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in purchasing and/or logistics - ideally in the food industry German and English knowledge, Italian and/or Spanish knowledge of advantage Willingness to shift and weekend work Organizational talent, structured working and a good eye for priorities Loadability, fast decision-making and pragmatic action Safe handling of EDV, ideally MS Office and merchandise management Disposition systems
