Your tasks – we will inspire you You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and promote a trusting, powerful and value-adding collaboration. Together with your team, you are responsible for the creation of simplified real estate value reports as part of the applicable requirements and processes. You control the workflows in the team, set technical standards and ensure efficient and high-quality processing. In close interaction with internal interfaces, you support technical queries and develop robust solutions for complex issues. You bring impulses to optimize processes and accompany changes actively and solution-oriented.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a successfully completed university degree, for example in the courses of Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable degree. You have a well-founded experience in real estate assessment, preferably in asset valuation or in comparable tasks. You bring leadership experience and understand how to guide and develop employees professionally and disciplinefully. You work structured, quality-oriented and decision-making, and you also address complex issues in a solution-oriented manner. You communicate safely, work with internal interfaces and bring openness to digital processes and changes. Ideally, you also have experiences in the banking industry.
