Teammanager Digital Operations (m/f/d)

As a Team Manager Digital Operations, you take responsibility for the operational areas Contract Management and Customer Intelligence. Your main task is to ensure operational excellence and advance digital transformation initiatives. You use AI-based solutions, optimize processes and increase efficiency throughout the Go-to-Market environment. You lead a team of about ten employees, develop them further and create a motivating, powerful work environment. With your strong analytical skills, you create transparency about operational performance and support data-based decisions. In close cooperation with stakeholders from Customer Experience, Sales, Product, Business Intelligence and Legal & Finance, you are a key contributor to achieving key KPIs. Your goal is to optimize processes, increase efficiency and create a future-proof, automated operating landscape. Your tasks You lead and develop the Contract Management and Customer Intelligence teams You control and optimise contract and customer contact processes You analyze data and make operational improvements You identify, evaluate and implement AI-based tools and automation solutions You work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and workflows

You have a Master's degree in Business, IT, Operations Management or a comparable discipline You bring 2–4 years of experience in leadership roles or cross-functional projects with You have experience in digital transformation or automation projects You have pronounced leadership, communication and analysis skills as well as data-driven decision-making German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
