At the Menden site, our team under the brand MBE develops and produces innovative fastening solutions for the building shell – especially for pre-hanged, back-ventilated facades.

A central part of our work is the high-quality paint coating of fastening elements. Through precisely matched coating systems, we ensure that fastenings fit optically perfectly to facade panels and become almost “invisible”. Quality, longevity and highest precision are the focus for us.

For our team in Menden, we are now looking for a motivated industrial painter (m/w/d) who strengthens our coating team.

Your duties

• Own coating of components with primer, wet and powder coating
• Quality control and guarantee: opacity, gloss and color accuracy
• Preparation and touching of 2K sheets for ready-to-spray application
• Material management: removal, recycling and storage monitoring of paints
• Cleanliness and maintenance: order at work as well as smaller cleaning and maintenance work at the cabin and powder plant

Your profile

• Completed training as industrial painter, vehicle painter or comparable qualification
• Experience in wet and powder coating of advantage
• Careful, quality-conscious working with eye for detail
• Ready for shift work (spring/spring shift)
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding and good colour feeling
