Construction capacity: As a purchaser of construction services (gn), you are responsible for the strategic procurement of construction and after-contracting services for our new construction, rebuilding and maintenance projects - from A, such as excavation work to Z, such as counter installations. Self-fulfilment: You will start tendering, evaluate offers and conclude national and international contracts - binding, pragmatic and the TCO review always in view. Supplier management: You will unlock new sources and provide a close exchange with existing and new suppliers for a stable, Europe-wide partner network. Consultancy & Optimization: Last but not least, you are a competent contact person for our specialist areas and you are raising our processes to the next level by testing current trends, identifying savings potentials and making real progress from fresh ideas.

Qualification: You have completed your (company) economic studies or commercial training and have over several years of experience in the procurement of construction and after-contracting services. Shopping experience: Your well-founded knowledge of contract law as well as your self-confident appearance allow you to successfully conduct negotiations until the conclusion of the contract - in both German and English. Construction expertise: You not only understand numbers, but also speak construction - through an appreciation and sovereign communication with commercial and technical contacts across all levels.
