HR Process Manager & SAP SF Consultant

Take a central role as a key user and drive forward the further development and technical support of our HR systems - with focus on SAP Success Factors The administration and further development of the SuccessFactors Module Employee Central, Recruiting, Time Management, Story Reporting and other system solutions such as ZEUSX and Aconso E-Akts are among your tasks You take over the management of subprojects to introduce and adapt HR system platforms or other modules of SAP Succes Factors The configuration and testing of system functions as well as the support to the Go-Live is part of your task You take over budget planning for software and license costs in HR You are responsible for the acceptance and testing of new requirements, as well as the planning of implementation taking into account the overall processes and system architecture You create clear project plans, documentation and training formats for system users You coordinate and control external service providers and implementation partners and agree with internal interfaces from IT, personnel, financial accounting and controlling You identify new processes and technologies as well as innovative (AI) approaches to optimizing HR processes The conceptual development and support of the HR reporting landscape, including Story Reporting and Query Manager, completes your task

You have completed training in the fields of BWL, Business Informatics, BWL with IT focus or comparable qualification You bring well-founded knowledge in the HR field, ideally with practical HR experience as well as solid office/excel knowledge for data processing, analysis and reporting You can demonstrate deeper knowledge and practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideally 2-5+ years) You are interested in optimizing processes in the area of payroll and/or time management, as well as on topics related to personal care and recruiting You have a good understanding of HR legal bases and data protection in the HR context You speak German and fluent English
