As a student (m/w/d), you will be self-employed by the student staff member's candidate and help us through the entire recruiting process. The organization of jobs, the visibility of applications, the timing of interviews and the creation of contracts are among your tasks. In addition, you will support the personnel department in all the personal operations in the context of employee support, from placement to exit (e.g. creation of contracts and certificates, data management in SAP, production of documents). The participation in day-to-day operations and in current HR projects completes your task area.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d), at least in the fourth semester, the subject of economics or a comparable subject with the gravity of personnel. Ideally, you already have first experience in the personnel management. You are communal, enjoy work in the team and also have a self-employed and targeted way of work. Good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe transition with popular MS Office applications complete your profile.
