Market analysis: Comprehensive analysis of the global market, including market size, growth drivers, competitive landscape and regulatory framework Identification of target groups, customer needs and market trends Conducting competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks

Product strategy: Development and implementation of product strategies adapted to market needs Definition of product positioning, unique features and value promises Cooperation with R&E and other central areas to promote product innovations and to ensure that products meet market requirements Cooperation with Surgery & Intervention (BDM) and Regional Management to ensure transfer towards MIS markets

Marketing planning and implementation: Development and implementation of global marketing plans, including digital marketing campaigns, events, conferences and training programs Creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and online content Measurement and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adaptation of strategies to optimize results

Sales support:Providing sales training and materials to support sales in marketing products Cooperation with sales teams to collect customer feedback and gain market insights

Graduate degree in marketing, business management, medical technology or related fields Multiannual experience in product management or marketing, ideal in medical technology or surgery Previous knowledge of laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgery Understanding the Global Health Market and the Medical Technology Industry Experience in digital marketing and use of CRM systems German and English language skills in word and writing (further languages of advantage) International readiness Personal competencies Excellent analytical and strategic skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Team skills and intercultural competence
