Working Student Public Relations / Marketing (m/f/d)

You support the VDI/VDE-IT team in the support of the Werner-von-Siemens-Ring Foundation (siemens-ring.de/) and other public work contracts You research specialist information and prepare target group specific texts You help with the graphic design of publications and project documents Supporting websites and social media channels, you help design and create (social media) graphics and postings You assist in creating and preparing audio and video material You work together with our teams to develop websites and communication formats You support administratively in office management and project management (including archiving, printing and copying, depositing activities and taking over the telephone service)

You are in an ongoing full-time study of natural, engineering, economic, communication sciences or comparable (with a remaining period of study of at least 18 months) You ideally have first practical experience in the field of graphic design, journalism or PR in a non-profit institution (e.g. in the context of student work activities and/or internships) You are interested in the fields of technology innovation, social responsibility and entrepreneurship You are characterized by your ability to think both analytically and conceptually, and you have a systematic and independent way of working You convince by your high reliability, good understanding and joy in working in the team You have a very good oral and written expressiveness in German You have a safe handling of the current MS Office applications and optimal knowledge of how to use content management systems as well as layout and graphics programs

Compensation The fee is €16 per hour. Working time The working time should be at least 5 hours a day and a maximum of 20 hours a week during the semester – during periods without lectures, more than 38.5 hours a week. Duration The place is limited to 2 years. .
