In your working day: Leadership with responsibility: You take over the professional and organizational management of the rescue service. You are also the central contact person for employees, executives and internal and external partners.

Quality and further development: The continuous development of processes, standards and concepts is your responsibility. This ensures a high quality of supply and compliance with legal and organisational requirements.

Employees in the focus: From the management of personnel to the support of development talks to the promotion of training measures, you create the framework conditions for a strong and motivated team.

Organization and Control: You accompany the service and resource planning including budget creation, coordinate operational procedures and, together with your team, ensure a smooth rescue service operation.

Interface Management: The cooperation with authorities, control centers, clinics as well as internal departments will actively shape you and represent the rescue service professionally inside and outside.

With design and innovation: New ideas, modern utilities and digital solutions will actively introduce you and continuously develop the rescue service together with your team.
