Purchasing Employee (m/f/d)

Operational procurement in day and project business within these product groups is your responsibility. As a communicative interface, you work closely with manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments. Your area of responsibility includes price maintenance, processing of order requirements, clarification of invoice differences and complaint processing and tracking. By analyzing the procurement market and evaluating suppliers, you identify savings potentials and implement them sustainably. You conduct price and contract negotiations and actively participate in contract conclusion. The selection and evaluation of suppliers, the time monitoring and the availability disposition are also part of your responsibility. With meaningful reports and your own ideas, you contribute to the continuous optimization of our procurement processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by a further training to/from the specialist businessman for shopping. Alternatively, you have a completed study with an economic or technical focus. You have several years of professional experience in technical purchasing and have well-founded market, product and supplier knowledge in the fields of server, network and media technology. With SAP S/4HANA (Modul MM) and Microsoft 365, especially Excel, you work safely and routined. Communication strength and a professional appearance are what distinguishes you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and conduct negotiations sovereignly and successfully.
