Internship in Operational Excellence - Smart Manufacturing Job ID 75583 I Location Garching I now for 6 months Accompany the rollout of Lean Standards according to the Voith OpEx philosophy and support the Operational Excellence Team in the implementation of workshops and training (5S, SMED, TPM, value flow analyses and much more). Your tasks Be part of our Operational Excellence (OpEx) team and support us in implementing the next Operational Excellence Evolution stage - Future Production System: Lean & Digital. You support us in cross-area and sector-specific transformation projects for digitalization (such as networking) using agile project management approaches. In addition, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of workshops (5S, brushes, assembly outclocking, value flow analyses) and the support of the roll-out of Lean standards according to Voith OpEx philosophy. You support us in the analysis and use case creation on topics related to Industry 4.0, IoT and Smart Factory. You perform tasks in establishing Process Mining solutions to capture and analyze processes (in combination with Value Stream analyses). Your profile You have successfully completed your basic studies in the fields of economic engineering, technical BWL, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree course and are looking for a mandatory internship. Experience in the field of production and Logistics are advantageous. Good PC skills, a safe handling of MS Office as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing are required.
