Accounting Executive – Full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as: Accounting Executive (m/w/d) Full time or part-time (e.g. 20 hours/week)

You are responsible for debitor accounting: monitoring of maturity and payment receipts, dunning and care of open items. You take creditor accounting: auditing and clearing of receipts, identification and electronic archiving, as well as payment orders. You support liquidity planning, account management and monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You work closely with controlling, sales, purchasing and HR, and introduce suggestions to optimize our financial processes.

Completed commercial training (e.g. accountant, tax specialist) or a comparable qualification. Funded accounting knowledge according to HGB and understanding of tax and compliance requirements. Safe handling of DATEV and very good MS Office skills Practice in debitor and creditor accounting, ideally with international business transactions. Very good German knowledge (min. C1); English skills are of advantage in the international environment.
