CRM & App Manager (m/f/d)

Content strategy: You develop the regional content strategy of the app and ensure a targeted and relevant customer approach. Content control: You take over the content planning, maintenance and updating of our app, including home page, teaser, assortment and action content, ensure a coordinated and consistent content calendar. CRM measures: You plan and control personalized customer campaigns, regional campaigns, newsletters and push notifications. In addition, you actively work in national working groups and act as a central contact person. Data analysis & optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs such as usage, clicks and conversion, evaluate the performance of content and campaigns and derive optimization measures. Customer orientation: You provide a consistent and customer-friendly display of all app contents. Trends & Innovation: You observe developments in the field of CRM, digital customer communication and content and examine their relevance for the further development of the app. Process development: You continuously maintain and develop editorial and content processes and create efficient structures for planning and implementation. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with purchasing, IT and sales to match content and campaigns and implement them optimally.

Education: You have completed studies or comparable training in marketing, communication, e-commerce or media. Professional experience: You bring experience in digital marketing, CRM or content management, ideally in retail or food. Analytical skills: You have a strong understanding of numbers and can interpret data such as KPIs and derive strategic decisions from them. Structure & Organization: You work carefully, structured and reliable and keep an overview of complex tasks. Customer understanding: You have a pronounced sense of CRM trends, customer-oriented content and digital customer communication. Team and communication skills: You are communicative, are happy to work in the team and can collect and communicate upstream and downstream processes across departments.
