Process management: Building and developing a sustainable, cross-organisational process management. Planning and moderation of process modeling workshops. Collection, visualization and optimization of processes and processes. Maintenance of the process platform PICTURE and the process register.

Advice & support: expert advice for executives and employees on organizational issues as well as on all process management issues. Support in building knowledge management in the Konstanz State Council Office.

Your qualification: career examination for the up-to-date non-technical administration service, completion as an administrative specialist or comparable. Alternatively: completed studies in the field of administration, economy or comparable.

Your experience: Experiences in project and process management as well as in personnel management are advantageous. Your personality: You are convinced by enforcing power, communication strength and team capacity as well as an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
