You are developing online communication strategically – focusing on Internet, Intranet and social media. You advise subsidiaries and departments strategically as well as operationally and tax internal and external service providers on all issues of digital communication. You design, create and maintain digital content for all websites in the TEAG Group. You plan content, research topics, first write contributions and implement them for all relevant online media. You actively support the care and development of the social media channels. You continuously develop the TEAG-Intranet. You regularly analyze the performance of the online channels and derive optimization measures that you implement independently. You are responsible for SEO and GEO actions (including local SEO) and continue to develop these data-based measures. You control SEA activities and continuously opt for online advertising. You develop content strategies and implement them effectively. You accompany the group-wide brand relaunch operationally and conceptually – with a special focus on the digital channels. You ensure compliance and further development of the corresponding corporate design for all TEAG Group digital channels. You actively participate in transformation projects in the areas of CMS/DXP, platform architecture and digital strategy.

You have successfully completed your Master/Diplom degree in Digital Communication, Media or Communication Sciences, Media Management, Marketing, Business Informatics, Communication/Media Design or a comparable discipline You have well-founded knowledge in CMS systems and bring technical understanding. You have a high digital affinity and are passionate about trends in communication and technology. You convince by communication strength, secure expressiveness and sovereign appearance. You are creative, quickly captures complex relationships and visualize them in various media. You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally graphics programs. For you, structured, independent working methods and project management competence – even under time pressure – are of course natural. Reliability and flexibility are your strengths. You also have a class B licence.
