What you do with us: You take the greeting, care, registration, hosting and mediation of the guests (in- and external) at the reception of our various locations. You will take care of administrative tasks (e.g. managing meeting room keys and visitor IDs, transferring and returning car hire, and managing and retrieval of access authorization IDs). You are contact for the internal booking system for meeting rooms. You secure a clean and tidy reception area and check the use and order of the supervised meeting rooms. You work with other departments (e.g. IT, Security, Car park, Post office) to ensure a smooth running of the reception. You support the review and optimization of workflows to continuously improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You represent the company to the outside and contribute to maintaining a positive corporate culture within the reception team.
