Our client is a successful manufacturer in the metalworking industry with medium-sized structures in the area of Neuss. At the next time, we are looking for an indefinite fixed position, a technically versed (m/w/d). In this challenging position, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a larger team and for its further development. In addition to ensuring productivity, you are also responsible for the smooth production of the production lines assigned to you. Do you have completed technical training in mechanical engineering, as well as relevant, multi-year professional and management experience within production? Responsibility for an economic, quality and timely production at the assigned production lines Professional and disciplinary leadership, development and motivation of employees Ensuring occupational safety, plant safety, technical availability and operator obligations Improving productivity through lean management, optimization concepts and further development of the production system Participation in technical projects and active implementation of the continuous improvement process in shopfloor management

Complete technical training in mechanical engineering, a technical study or a comparable qualification Found professional experience in the production environment, ideally in small series production, as well as expertise in process optimization leadership experience as well as a pronounced ability to motivation and further development of employees absolutely necessary Self-employed, targeted and structured working methods with analytical thinking, communication and enforcement Willingness to shift, multi- and weekend work
