Security Solution Architect - Schwerpunkt Access Management & Zero Trust (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Security Solution Architect - Focus on Access Management & Zero Trust (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or Cologne. The Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS) bundles the operational IT information and cyber security competencies with the task of embracing these security services and services in cross-section. The CCITS acts as an internal contractor for the development and implementation of security solutions across the entire core value chain and is an operator for the associated security services.

Creating technical and cross-disciplinary IT concepts, documentation and IT architectures as part of the BWI regulations Working in complex IT security projects to express security solutions focusing on Access Management & Zero Trust Creation and maintenance of standard parametrizable services based on product modules including parameters for orderability and cost consideration Close cooperation and interface to the Enterprise Architecture and Central Design Authority to develop and operationalise specifications, reference architectures and high-level designs Requirements Engineering support in creating architectural designs and offerings Consulting & Control: They advise BWI management and customers and support the management of projects and working groups Stakeholder Management: They ensure transparent communication and coordination with all stakeholders - from technical experts to leadership level

Complete study of computer science, engineering or economics or comparable qualification in the IT environment combined with more than ten years of dedicated professional experience Multiannual experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in the safety-critical environment Practical long-term expertise in IT security architecture Practical experience in privileged access management Knowledge of the state of the art in the field of zero-trust Knowledge of the IT structures of the Bundeswehr or of complex KRITIS companies Communication and negotiation security at management level - internally and externally Experience in stakeholder management and the application of agile methods Moderation competence for strategic and technical discussions German and very good English skills
