Your duties

Planning and control of the construction sites with nominal/actual balances Implementation and coordination of project participants, tenders and awards Control of accompanying planners and experts in the construction phase Coordination of construction companies or Manufacture Cost and time control as well as audit Implementation of construction meetings Quality and documentation management of the construction design

Completed studies or training in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in the construction of commercial and commercial buildings, ideally with proven practice in a general contractor Driving licence class 3 or B; BE mandatory Funded understanding of budget, cost and time management in construction Very good knowledge in the process AVA (prescription – awarding) and in the acceptance process to contractors and buyers Safe understanding of the objectives in contract discussions with construction partners High understanding, conscience and solution-oriented work Embossed organizational and co-ordinative skills as well as friendly, clear communication skills German language skills in word and writing
