You guide and guide your market independently and ensure legal requirements You are the central contact person for employees:inside and inside the market You are responsible for efficient personnel deployment planning and holiday planning Successful implementation of business objectives is your responsibility You coordinate and plan events and sales activities and implement them with enthusiasm

You have a completed commercial vocational training, training to the trade specialist or a comparable qualification You have already gained relevant experience as a market manager/leader in food retail High leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team are among your strengths In addition to your high number affinity, you convince by entrepreneurial thinking and acting You are team capable, loadable and flexible You will have to create a unique shopping experience to our customers every day
