You secure the energy supply in the region and make a contribution to the energy transition. You as a designer: The security of supply plays a decisive role in the energy transition. With us, you design the construction and planning of special networks and substations, especially their protective components.

You as an energy hero:in: You develop protection plans, calculate protection settings and parameterize the corresponding secondary devices. With us, you develop protection concepts and analyse disturbances in supply interruptions.

You as Strateg:in: You support us on the topics of integration of regenerative energies and building future-oriented systemic processes as a basis for the energy transition.

You as a driver:in and pioneer:in: You develop innovative technical implementation options to expand the plant inventory through new technologies. For tomorrow's power supply, it is essential that the network stays stable at any time and that malfunctions have the lowest possible impact on our customers. You're an essential part of it.

Your appearance with effect: You represent the Bavarian plant to the outside and represent it within the framework of important (concern) projects. Inward you are a model and live our occupational safety culture. In doing so, you make your knowledge available to your teammates during the operational project execution.
