Leadership of the technician and commercial facility management team Responsibility for day-to-day operations and the management of smaller projects Function as responsible electrical power (VEFK) Planning, supervision and handling of technical projects Ensuring the availability of all technical equipment Implementation of the current regulatory requirements, in particular GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally experience as responsible electrical skills Founded practice in facility and building management Expertise in employee management and in the design of team development and change processes Know-how in the direction of small to medium-sized projects CAFM identifiers, preferably with KeyLogic Very good German in word and writing Impressive enforcement and an economic way of thinking and action Communication and conviction across all management levels Ownership of a valid class B licence
