Senior Data Scientist with a focus on e-commerce (m/w/d)

Developing data science models in cross-disciplinary teams with a focus on e-commerce. You take the lead of data science projects from request analysis, modelling, and the implementation and communication of the results. You actively shape the continuous development of our Big Data and Data Science architecture on Azure and implement scalable, automated analytics and machine learning pipelines. You actively contribute your expertise and ideas to further develop the strategic and operational orientation of our areas of data transmission. Multiannual professional experience as Data Scientist, ideally focusing on e-commerce, digital analytics or CRM. A completed study in the field of statistics, economics, data science, computer science or related subjects with a corresponding deepening. Very good knowledge of Python or R, as well as dealing with Spark, SQL and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks or comparable platforms. Experience in the development and implementation of prediction models, personalization algorithms and segmentation approaches. Experience in project management and cooperation with stakeholders from different disciplines. Communication strength as well as the ability to convey complex analyses in a comprehensible and targeted manner, both technically and business-oriented. The enthusiasm for the business added value of Data Science, AI and the joy to advance new ideas.
