Planning of residential, commercial, industrial and public facilities in close coordination and cooperation with internal construction and planning stakeholders (technical building equipment TGA and building technology) Offer and follow-up calculation Creation of design and execution plans using modern CAD software and BIM-based planning Creation of calculations, schemes and development of technical concepts in the fields of HKLS and ELT Professional leadership of internal designers / engineers Project management in the areas of heating and refrigeration, ventilation systems and sanitary facilities Realisation of results of projects (project acceptance/transmissions)

Complete technical training in the field of HKLS technology (university studies or relevant technical training) Professional experience and ideally project management experience in the field of HKLS planning would be very desirable Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD programs (e.g. Revit) Good knowledge of standards and building guidelines MSR knowledge of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready-to-use, team capacity Planning and organisational competence Flexibility and a friendly appearance complete your profile
