(Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the full-scale end-to-end management for the operational planning, control and success of complex IT projects, and act as a technical subproject manager for specialist, home-wide large projects. You are leading strategic initiatives across the entire IT landscape to ensure the sustainability, stability and technological modernisation of our house. You lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, promote a culture of self-responsibility and coordinate external service providers and partners: As a binding link, you moderate the exchange between the specialist departments and the various IT areas (application development, architecture and operation) and get the stakeholders safely With your in-depth experience, you analyze and optimize existing PM processes, develop our home-wide project management standards (classic, agile, hybrid) actively and act as mentor:in for colleagues in the team

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications IT affinity and experience in project management – ideally (part-) project management experiences You have theoretical and practical knowledge in agile, classical and hybrid project management methods You are safe in the language use of modern software development processes and understand the logic of release cycles (e.g. Branching strategies, Git workflows, Merges and Deployments) The sovereign handling of Jira and Confluence on project management, documentation and collaboration is a standard for you Methods and processes of requirements engineering are familiar to you to translate technical requirements into precise IT specifications Excellent communication and organization skills Enthusiasm and proactive and independent working High social competence combined with strong team orientation Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to capture, prepare and communicate complex relationships
