You are responsible for the audit of the invoices and supervision of the invoices from the collection to the booking in the digital workflow and release process You are communicating with suppliers for account clarification, managing open items and processing reminders You are responsible for monitoring the master files in the creditor sector and for supporting the other teams in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements You take care of the development and maintenance of good cooperation with internal contact persons of the supervised business areas You actively participate in internal process improvements You will ensure the delivery of services in compliance with quality and appointment requirements and taking into account company rules

Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the financial sector - preferably in the Accounts Payable area Very good knowledge of auditing and possibly also accounting according to HGB and tax law Reliable, binding and independent procedures Joy in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and change processes Good specialist software skills, especially SAP (FI module) and Microsoft Office Friendly appearance and team spirit
