You are responsible for the risk assessment and documentation of the new and change business for private customers:in the areas of household, glass, residential and travel cancellation insurance. You are responsible for the comprehensive collection and assessment of insurance risks. Your task is to create tailor-made insurance proposals that are tailored to the needs of our customers. This allows you to ensure that our insurance offers are optimally adapted to the respective requirements. As a contact person for our policyholders, you are available for questions or problems. You are here to provide competent and friendly solutions and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our customers. Renovation of damaged contracts is also your responsibility. In addition, you advise and support the employees in the LVM agencies and introduce your expertise. You use your expertise to actively shape change processes in material processing and to promote continuous improvements.

You have a completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance or a commercial training with a high willingness to work on the subject of insurance. You are used to work independently and solve tricky problems. Your ability to make informed decisions brings fresh wind to our team. Your strong communication skills and your strong customer orientation make you an ideal response for our customers. You stand by their side and represent the LVM Insurance friendly and competent. Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
