As a Java Software Developer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development of in-house Java projects, in particular the mobile sales platform (desktop application) for external services. You will accompany the entire development process from the requirement analysis (OOA) to the design (OOD) and prototyping to the development (OOP) in close cooperation with customers and departments. Testing and documenting your work are also your tasks. As a cutting point between IT, customer, sales and our specialist departments, you exchange regularly. The feedback from these conversations is active in your projects.

You have a degree in computer science, media and economic information technology, or an apprenticeship as a specialist (m/w/d) and first professional experience in this field. Very good knowledge of object-oriented software development with Java, preferably in the desktop environment, as well as with relational data banks, you already bring. You have relevant experience with frameworks and bibliographies such as Swing, Lombok, Velocity, Ujac and JDBC. AI tools like co-pilot or chatGPT are your daily tools and help you implement your development. Knowledge of the automatic build and deployment process (SVN, ANT, Jenkins, Git, Gitlab) is desirable. Self-sponsored, careful and structured working methods and team skills are a key feature. A good understanding and solution-oriented thinking are also your strengths. Current knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
