You support our team as Engineer (m/w/d)

Self-fulfilment of complex set-up and set-up operations on machines and plants (e.g. aggregates, tools, rolling mills and cutting machines) Optimization and monitoring of production processes to ensure efficient production processes Coordination and control of activities in the clean room extrusion Ensuring compliance with clean room, quality and process specifications Testing and evaluation of product quality in accordance with predetermined quality standards Documentation of quality tests and production data Active participation in the implementation of 5S measures and ensuring order, cleanliness and work safety in the area of work

Complete vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with a focus on extrusion or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in brushing, setting up and operating machines and plants in an extrusion plant Practical experience in the extrusion of hoses, pipes or profiles Knowledge of silicone processing is advantageous Ideally experience in clean room processes and their requirements Self-employed, structured and responsible work Impressed team skills and a high level of commitment and readiness Willingness to shift work
