Social pedagogical assessment, consulting and interdisciplinary coordination in the outpatient and stationary care of children and young people with chronic diseases and disabilities. Its area of responsibility includes, in particular, social counselling and support for families in dealing with the various institutions and institutions of integration and child and youth assistance, care counselling, mediation of family-relieving measures and implementation of social assistance, hospitations and behavioural observation in Kita and School, as well as participation in local volunteer conferences.
