What you do • You set up operating cost accounting for our facilities with special billing situations and release operating cost accounting after plausibility check • You are a contact person for complaints of operating expenses • You advise our institutions on legal issues • In case of need, you participate in tenant meetings • You are responsible for building and optimizing our properties with the required measurement equipment and thereby communicate with our heat service providers • You take the rental increase management /the rental calculation for our occupants apartments • You enter into our rental and lease contracts
