You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering (focus on civil engineering, infrastructure or geotechnical engineering), industrial engineering construction or a comparable technical qualification. You look back on several years of experience in the realization of new and existing projects – from conception to handover, ideally you have also gained valuable experience on the contractor side and bringing first practice in the contractor representation. You are routined in the control of demanding construction projects and negotiate technically complex services with external partners safely and targeted. Your work is characterised by structure, self-responsibility and a pronounced solution orientation. Also in critical project phases, you remain strong. Entrepreneurial thinking, a high cost awareness and a pronounced servicement to internal and external stakeholders are of course for you.

Data Center realization: In the function of the contractor representation you are responsible for the realization of demanding data center projects. Land development & media: You are responsible for the professional disposal and disposal (electricity, water, glass fiber). You control the negotiations on development contracts and coordinate cooperation with supply network operators, municipal works and telecommunications providers. Construction & construction field release: You guide the preparation of the construction field – from the weapon clearance and the remediation of old loads to the founding consultation. You opt for Earth mass balance and take on the active management of the ground risk to ensure a stable project basis. External facilities & special infrastructure: You control the construction of functional infrastructure, taking into account the highest requirements. Your focus is on the realization of heavy-load traffic areas for transformer transport as well as on the implementation of safety-critical external systems, such as poller and gate systems. Authorities Management: You take the regulatory agreement, get permissions and are responsible for the tendering, negotiation and awarding of technically complex construction services, including construction monitoring. Project management & control: You control dates, budgets and quality assurance and guide the project team from external partners and internal departments. Sustainable location development: You are researching the implementation of ecological standards in the development phase – from innovative concepts for rainwater management and thickening on the plot to technical preparation for waste heat extraction in local heat networks. .
