Coordinator (m/w/d) in the outpatient hospice and grief counselling service

For our outpatient hospice and mourning assistance service in Haldensleben, we are looking for an immediate reinforcement in part-time (30 hours/place) - first in a limited period of one year as part of a medical representation with a prospect of extension.

Coordination of the activities of the outpatient hospice service (first visits, deployment planning/control of volunteers, documentation) Acquisition, qualification and practical assistance of volunteers Psychosocial and palliative care counselling of seriously ill and dying people and their relatives Planning, organisation and implementation of Supervision/Fall meetings as well as continuing and continuing training of the Voluntary Office Cooperation with network partners and further development of the network Quality assurance Intermediate assistance Networking inward with the further services of the Malteser Auxiliary Service Organization and support of voluntary actions / public relations

A completed study in the field of care, social work, social education, etc. A training in palliative care and/or pediatricians Palliative Care Qualifications according to § 39a SGB V (Palliative Care, Leadership, Coordinator Seminar) Ideally a systemic additional qualification (e.g. systemic advice, therapy or coaching) A multi-year professional experience in the relevant field is desirable.
