Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

for our social space team in Weimar with 29 hours per week

In cooperation with network partners, the social space team offers individual support services that promote the development of self-reality and at the same time initiate a solidarity and socially just union. The support is designed and oriented according to the five principles of the technical concept “Social Space Orientation” according to Wolfgang Hinte.

What tasks do you expect:

• Support, guidance and counselling for young people and their families in their daily routine management in case-by-case work in an institution
• provision of an everyday structure that is individually formulated and flexibly adapted with young people according to their needs and needs, as this allows young people to create a self-active and initiative everyday design
• Implementation of a life-world-oriented and holistic support, for example, in group-supply talks, learning times, playing times, movement and relaxation offers. Further offers are desired
• Figure as a link to cooperative cooperation between the social space teams and the institution
• Development of a flexible application in the assistance for education in the respective social space team of your institution, if no young person from the social space is accommodated in the institution, so that you can work in the help plan process according to §36 SGB VIII with
• Implementation of social network work
• Intervention in cooperation with other institutions in the social area (youth aid, school etc.)
• Participation in the implementation of the concept of the institution and the model of the institution
• Selected planning and organisation of work units
• Reporting, documentation and quality assurance

What do we want from you:

• a completed study as a social pedagogue, social worker (FH), educationalist or comparable degree
• Experience in outpatient child and youth assistance
• Sensitivity to the needs of children and families in the social area
• First knowledge and experience with the concept of social space orientation
• Openness and creativity for new innovative approaches, but also appreciation of the growing structures
• Member in a Christian church after ACK or the willingness to carry our diaconic profile
