Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Ravensburg At our Ravensburg site with around 200 employees, we are looking for a team leader in 3-shift production. You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and promotion of the production team as well as the personnel deployment planning. In doing so, you are a valuable and open communication and a regular exchange of information. Ensuring the performance of the production program in terms of quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness as well as consistent implementation of the continuous improvement process are also part of your task. You recognize and guide measures to optimize productivity, costs, quality and cleanliness and follow their implementation. The implementation and monitoring of all legal and internal regulations and requirements are of course for you to avoid damages from employees and companies and to assume a role model. You are in close contact with your team, soaring for a lively exchange of information and communication and promoting an open feedback culture. You plan the orders in close cooperation with factory logistics and work constructively with all operational functions and areas.

Education: You have a successfully completed professional and technical training as well as a completed further training for technicians, masters, technicians or a comparable training. Personality and working methods: You like to work in the team, have a strong organization and time management. Your work is structured, analytical and solution-oriented. Your communication strength, conflictability, initiative and resilience complete your profile. Experience and know-how: You bring a multi-year professional and leadership experience in the manufacturing/production environment, ideally in a comparable leadership position. Your well-founded knowledge in production, process, quality and safety management as well as in machining, soldering and welding technology speak for you. The handling of SAP systems MS Office is familiar to you. Languages: You can certainly master the German language in word and writing. English skills are of advantage.
