Acquisition and maintenance of electrical and mechanical testing equipment Implementation of MFUs, PFUs, process releases, sample assembly and production Analysis of product and process errors according to PDCA cycle Preparation of test instructions, test plans, specifications and control strategies Cooperation in product development (Design for Quality) and in interdisciplinary project teams Preparation and monitoring of audits (internal/external) and evaluation and auditing of suppliers Presentation of workshops (e.g. FMEAs)

Studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification knowledge of the testing of electric motors/stators, ideally experience in handling test equipment for motors/stators Knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA standards, Six Sigma, FMEA-PIS, SPC and 8D methodology Good English knowledge of word and writing, French knowledge desirable Openness for digital transformation and the ability to introduce new technologies
