Your mission – if you take it: You guide the entire care and care area with heart and posture – and keep an overview of approx. 100 small and large tasks. You develop our housing group care – modern, human and demand-oriented. You are interface, team coach, quality engine and representation of the facility management in one. You bring your vision of care – and you will be heard. You are mentor:in for Azubis, contact:in for relatives, networkers:into the outside and inside. Your playground: 5 residential areas All nursing and care staff including help, Azubis & Praktis Close cooperation with household, social care, administration, doctors & co.

Your goals: Organize, optimize, digitally accompany care processes Ensure quality, guide care visas, live care standards Guide, develop and promote employees meet training standards and shape our PDL future Creating care culture that places people in the centre – not the paperwork. What you should bring: Examen in Nuremberg Management competence (PDL qualification according to Hamburger WBPersVO) Experience in management or deputy management Professional knowledge of nursing legislation, hygiene, QM, BWL & Personalmanagement Soft skills such as leadership, conflictability, empathy & humor (scientious!)
