minimum 25 hours/week | Core working time 12–19 hours

The 32/20 dental practice stands for structure, cordiality and professional procedures. Our reception is the heart of practice – here begins the experience for our small and large patients.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a friendly, structured and service-oriented personality for reception.

Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of the practice
• structured digital scheduling and telephone management
• Reception and care of our patients: inside
• Administrative activities and documentation
• Interface between patients: inside, team and patient: inside

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Organizational and structured working
• Multitasking capability – even in lively situations, keep an overview
• Communication strength and service orientation
• Reliability and team spirit
