Team Manager:in IT Governance and Audit Coordination

As a global main speaker, you are responsible for the section “IT Governance and Audit Coordination”, a team of IT Compliance specialists:inside and report directly to the CISO. You are responsible for IT governance including the further development of the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy, coordinates internal and external IT audits as well as due diligences, and prepares and manages the Information Security Risk Committee. In addition, you support internal control testing (Control Compliance Assessments) and ensure the maintenance of a traceable detection inventory within the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

First management experience or multiannual broad expertise in the field of information security Multiannual relevant professional experience within a control function (information risk or information security management) or within IT; ideally for a globally active company or an audit/consulting company Knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL), ideally combined with regulatory requirements (VAIT / BAIT / DORA) and/or practical experience in IT security, IT operation or software development German and English at a negotiated level and basic readiness to travel (international) Impressed communication and presentation strength, a global mindset and joy in leading a flexible and dynamic team You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
