Technical Manager Engineering (m/w/d)

In the function of a technical manager in the development, you are responsible for the implementation of the technical system concept of Minenjagd (MCM) projects and support the system design and integration of the entire project. In doing so, ensure the achievement of the technical project objective in compliance with the time and cost framework in the required quality. They act as the first contact person and technical advisor for the project managers, product managers and technical managers from the product areas in terms of software development. As part of the project team, you will participate in the development meetings and key reviews in the development process. Occurring technical difficulties, obstacles and other project risks make you visible to the project and take care of a coordinated solution. They take over the coordination of work package managers and software developers in central software development. This will support the software developers through your extensive experience.

They have a successfully completed study of informatics, natural or engineering sciences or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in developing complex software systems ideally in the area of Minenjagd (MCM). You can ideally demonstrate a qualification in the fields of system engineering and software development or show the willingness to obtain it. Modern software development tools and methods (e.g. Test Driven Development) are not strange to them. The structured recording of complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems gives you pleasure. They convince your environment by an independent way of working, enforcing and a safe occurrence. To do this, you use your strong team and communication skills. They are distinguished by knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. There is also a willingness to travel in Germany and abroad.
