You are responsible for the safe operation of the construction and technical facilities in the area of railway management (Regierungsbezirk Oberbayern) and in line with the applicable guidelines and standards, and you also ensure your participation in the emergency management of the passenger train stations Your tasks include the documentation and quality assurance of all facilities in railway station management as well as the control of the implementation of the system service contracts (DB Services, DB Kommunikationstechnik) as well as all other facility management relevant contracts in the area of responsibility You are responsible for controlling the under-year production costs of ongoing maintenance in coordination with the production planning and control unit in relation to facility management Furthermore, you recognize the short-term deviations / requirements / disturbances, evaluate and control these surgically You are constantly establishing and opting for partnership cooperation with internal and external service providers for best quality and cost-effectiveness in the provision of services You will also run the Facility Management & Stations Care team directly and indirectly with about 20 employees and guide the leadership of the Stations Care team You provide employees with instructions: secure and secure the necessary qualifications of the executives

Your profile:

A successfully completed professional and technical training with further training as master, technician, specialist facility management, technical farmer or a comparable qualification is expected.
