As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the construction measures of the country and the federal government. With around 360 employees, we serve more than 5,500 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. For the Wilhelmshaven regional office, we are looking for an unlimited period of time for the interdisciplinary project group as part of the overall expansion of the Wilhelmshaven naval, in particular for existing major projects in the field of port construction. Overarching coordination, control and monitoring of complex construction and rehabilitation projects in the field of water construction and civil engineering in the context of the overall expansion of the Marine Arena in Wilhelmshaven Project management/ cooperation for measures within the Wilhelmshaven Marine Technical cooperation in the overall project management team Participation and design of construction tasks in the field of water construction and civil engineering, including in port construction, from project development to implementation Preparation and implementation of cross-project meetings at work level Ensuring uniform application of execution standards and the design framework plan Monitoring of costs, dates and quality in all phases of the project Coordination of structural interfaces Participation in tenders and award procedures

Graduate degree (Dipl.‐Ing. [FH]/ Bachelor) Civil engineering with the deepening of water construction, construction engineering, civil engineering and road construction or a comparable study direction Multiannual project management and coordination tasks in the construction sector, as well as professional experience in the management of projects with an above-average difficulty, experience in water construction is desirable Intensified and comprehensive knowledge of legislation, standards and guidelines relevant in the state building and in the relevant field are desirable Negotiations and organisational skills High commitment, flexibility and team capability Impressed communication skills and high sense of responsibility Language knowledge of at least level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) Ready to travel, driving licence class B
