Inside sales staff (m/f/d)

For our location in Vreden, we are looking for an employee in the sales service (m/w/d).

You take on your own responsibility the transparent and complete order processing including the active tracking of offers You keep delivery dates reliably in view and answer the solution-oriented processing of complaints You promote and advise stock and new customers, build trust and support sustainable customer relationships In close cooperation with the sales service and international sister company, you coordinate sales activities and agree partnership You support external material management with a responsible look for processes, priorities and quality You actively participate in the development of long-term customer partnerships, mainly in internal services, occasionally also on site, as a reliable interface to the field service

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training with good commercial knowledge You communicate safely and appreciate – both in German and in English You feel safe in handling MS Office and an ERP system Your technical understanding allows Reading and understanding of technical drawings Customer-oriented, service-conscious and partnership-based work is of course for you You work clearly, reliably and with Ownership for results – your communication skills and your entrepreneurial thinking help you create solutions and create value together
