Our customer is a market-established tax consultancy company with a client base focused on doctors and pharmacists. The company attaches great importance to individual consulting and long-term client relationships. You actively advise and advise clients on tax and business issues; the center of the clients are doctors and pharmacists. You will start annual accounts and tax returns for companies of any legal form and for wealthy individuals. You are auditing tax decisions and representing clients to financial authorities. You develop control strategies to optimize the control load. You accompany audits and assist in redress procedures. You carry out professional, disciplinary and develop the team and the consulting company.

You have a degree in business management, economics or a comparable degree course with a focus on taxes. You've successfully filed the tax consultant exam. You have well-founded professional experience in tax consulting, ideally in a leadership position. You have profound knowledge of tax law and business relations. Ideally, you have experiences in the tax advice of doctors and pharmacists or are willing to specialize in these clients at short notice. You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and focus on consulting. You have analytical skills and a structured way of working. You have a well-founded knowledge of DATEV or similar software for tax-rate professions and generally have an affinity for digital solutions You are team-ready and have leadership skills. You want to take over a firm in perspective or take part in a tax consulting company.
