Control of construction projects in cooperation with the technical group management Self-employed, responsible completion of all commercial activities in the field of competence Sustainable securing of success, strategy development taking into account the business, management and sector objectives Creating monthly and annual financial statements and operational performance and earnings planning Creation of regular setpoint actual comparisons of costs and services & Ad-Hoc analyses incl. Assessment of opportunities and risks Participation and clarification of the commercial framework conditions in the acquisition and systematic support of customers as well as negotiation and contractual examination of orders Commercial management of Argen Participation in personnel planning and selection Leadership of staff:inside and coordination of staff work in the group Active participation and organisation of kick-off, project and final meetings

A successfully completed Business Studies (Diplom, Master or Bachelor) or a comparable training, possibly with additional qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a commercial position, preferably in the construction industry Very good MS-Office knowledge and experience with AS4U and RIB-iTWO of advantage High affinity for numbers High readiness and reliability Enforceability, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a high target orientation Team skills and leadership experience, negotiation skills, flexibility as well as an independent and self-responsible way to complete your profile
