Customers Advise & Selling Spare Parts: Competent Advice of our Customers and Selling Spare Parts for Silo Tank Technology Supporting external service: Supporting sales services in implementing customer requirements Identification of spare parts via electronic media Editing orders: Complete order processing including appointment tracking Maintaining supply processes: supply creation and supply tracking Editing complaints: Own-sponsored handling of incoming complaints Contact person in the daily business: Close coordination with the external sales service and coordination with relevant interfaces

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the field of CSFs or comparable technical training Professional experience & expertise: technical understanding and ideally knowledge in the field of NFZ and Silo tank technology; basic commercial know-how IT- & language skills: good knowledge in handling MS-Office and Windows applications; good German skills Personal competence: High service orientation, communication strength and team skills
