Technical support and continuous optimization of the assigned real estate stock in the field of domestic engineering/TGA Analysis and assessment of domestic installations and the determination of maintenance, modernisation and investment requirements including measures and budget planning Planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of repair and modernisation measures including cost control, auditing and failure tracking Takeover, testing and maintenance of technical inventory documentation and ensure the completeness of maintenance, testing and plant documentation Coordination of internal and external project participants, specialist companies and engineering offices as well as expert advice on commercial stock management Perception of operator obligations, support for traffic control and participation in the further development of quality standards and technical processes

completed studies of supply technology, energy and building technology, technical building equipment or a comparable discipline; as an alternative to technical training with further training to the state-tested technician*in utility technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of home technology/TGA, ideally in a planning office, home technology company, facility management service provider or a comparable technical function Knowledge of technical inventory management and planning, tendering and implementation of maintenance and modernisation measures Experience in cost planning, procurement, construction monitoring and audit Secure handling of MS Office as well as relevant specialist and project software High level of self-responsibility, organisational skills and service orientation as well as a structured, reliable and team-oriented operation
