You want to shape the future instead of implementing projects? Then you will be part of our Major Projects Consulting Team. We advise and support leading companies, contractors and project companies in the planning and implementation of complex investment programs – both nationally and internationally. As a Senior Consultant (w/m/d) you take responsibility in the strategic and operational management of investment projects – and together with our customer teams develop the project landscape of tomorrow. Own-sponsored control and implementation of large investment programmes (e.g. energy infrastructure, mobility, industrial construction, digitalization, special assets) Analysis, conception and optimization of governance structures, control models and PMO setups Development and application of innovative methods for project delivery, program excellence and digitalization Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams from project management, technology, financing, construction and IT – often at the interface to ministries, authorities and corporations Construction and maintenance of strong customer relationships and cooperation in business development and supply processes Active participation of our consulting portfolio as well as professional support and development of colleagues:

Complete study of economics or engineering, administrative sciences, construction/project management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the context of complex projects, e.g. from industry, public authorities, advice or project companies Know-how in at least one of the areas: infrastructure development, industrial projects, state major projects, transformation management, funding advice or governance Excellent German and very good English skills and readiness to travel Strong analytical skills, structured working methods and a safe occurrence towards top decision-makers Interest in connecting digitalisation and project management
